Using the Airmar B175C-20-HW transducer is easy. First, make sure your boat is 8 meters or longer and has a fiberglass or wood hull. Connect the Humminbird 9-pin Mix and Match Cable to the transducer. Once connected, turn on your echosounder. The transducer will start sending and receiving signals to show you the depth and water temperature. When using, avoid hitting the transducer against hard objects as it may damage the acoustic window. Keep it clean by rinsing with fresh water after each use, especially if you've been in saltwater.
