Product Detail

The Airmar B75C-0-M is a top - notch depth and fast - response water - temperature sensor. It comes with a 600 W power output, capable of reaching a maximum depth of 274 m (900'). Operating at a medium frequency from 80 to 130 kHz, it offers excellent performance in shallow water, with clear bottom details and better deep - water performance than high - frequency bands. The transducer has a 24° to 16° beamwidth. Its low - profile, thru - hull bronze housing, designed for fiberglass or wood hulls, provides great display resolution at speed when installed correctly. It uses the patented Xducer ID® technology. When installed almost flush to the hull, the 0° tilted element corrects for hull deadrise (0° to 7°), ensuring maximum echo returns and accurate depth readings. It's an ideal choice for smaller boats like center consoles. The package includes the B75C - 0 - M - MM and the MMC - BL Cable.

Using the Airmar B75C - 0 - M is quite straightforward. First, ensure you install it almost flush to the hull. The tilt of the element will correct for the hull deadrise (0° to 7°), which helps in getting accurate depth readings. Make sure to use the provided MMC - BL Cable for proper connection. When using it, keep in mind that it's designed for fiberglass or wood hulls. For maintenance, regularly check the transducer for any signs of damage, especially the bronze housing. Wipe it clean with a soft cloth after each use. Avoid using abrasive materials that could scratch the housing. Also, store it in a dry place when not in use. This will help keep your transducer in good working condition and ensure it lasts a long time.
