Product Detail

The Airmar M135C-M In-Hull Transducer is a great choice for fishing enthusiasts. With a bare wire Mix-N-Match cable, it offers excellent performance both offshore and inshore. It operates at a medium frequency of 85 - 135kHz, providing ultra-clear target resolution in shallow and murky waters up to 1,500 feet. The 24° to 16° beamwidth and 1kW power ensure accurate depth readings up to 1200 feet (365 meters). Its urethane housing, filled with liquid, is perfect for trailered or lifted boats. It also features exclusive Xducer ID® technology. The transducer comes with a plastic housing that fits inside the boat's hull and is filled with eco-friendly anti-freeze. It's adjustable for hull deadrise from 2° to 20°, ensuring the beam shoots straight down. Ideal for smaller boats up to 25' with solid core, fiberglass hulls. Included in the box are the M135C transducer, M135-Flange, and MMC-0 Cable.

Using the Airmar M135C-M transducer is easy. First, insert the transducer into the plastic housing that's secured inside your boat's hull. Adjust it for the proper dead - rise offset according to your hull's angle (it's adjustable from 2° to 20°). This will make sure the beam shoots straight down for accurate readings. The liquid in the housing helps transmit the signal through the fiberglass and into the water. When using it, keep in mind that it's designed for boats up to 25' with solid core, fiberglass hulls. It works best at the medium frequency range of 85 - 135kHz, so set your device accordingly. For maintenance, make sure the anti - freeze in the housing is at the proper level. Check the cable regularly for any signs of damage. If you notice any issues with the performance or the housing, have it inspected by a professional. Also, since it's for trailered or lifted boats, take care when transporting the boat to avoid any impacts that could damage the transducer.
