Using this Blue Sea 6010 Mini m - Series Dual Circuit Battery Switch is easy. Just turn the ON/OFF switch to control both positive and negative lines at once. It can handle different voltage circuits too, so you don't need separate switches for 12V and 24V. When installing, you can choose to mount it on the surface, front panel, or rear panel according to your needs. Make sure to use the appropriate 3/8' or M10 ring terminals on the 3/8'-16 tin - plated copper studs. Remember, this switch is ignition - protected, which is great for gasoline - powered boats. For maintenance, check the isolating cover regularly to ensure it's protecting the rear contacts. Keep it clean and dry, as it's made of non - corrosive marine grade metals and durable polycarbonate, but this still helps to extend its lifespan.
