Product Detail

Airmar B275C-LHW Wide Beam CHIRP Bronze Thru-Hull Transducer. Model B275C-LHW-MM. It features a depth and fast-response water-temperature sensor. With 123 kHz of total bandwidth from a single transducer, it covers popular fishing frequencies of 50 and 200 kHz and all frequencies in between. Airmar's new wide beam Chirp product line offers more coverage under the boat. It has a high frequency range of 150 - 250 kHz and a constant 25° beam width, providing the best broadband performance. Compared to current high frequency Chirp transducers, anglers using these new wide beam transducers can get twice the coverage under the boat. The new high frequency transducers have a constant 25° beam width across the entire frequency band. They offer vast bottom coverage, precise fish detection in the upper water column, and create crisper and larger return images on the display. Specifications: Low Frequency CHIRPS from 42 kHz to 65 kHz with 25° to 16° beamwidth; High Frequency CHIRPS from 150 kHz to 250 kHz with 25° constant beamwidth. Suitable for boats 8 m (25’) and above, with fiberglass or wood hulls and up to 20° hull deadrise with a fairing block. It has a urethane acoustic window. What's in the box: B275CLHW, fairing block, and hardware.

Using the Airmar B275C - LHW Transducer is quite straightforward. First, make sure your boat is at least 8 meters long and has a fiberglass or wood hull. If your hull deadrise is up to 20°, use the fairing block provided. Install the transducer in the right place on your boat following the instructions that come with it. Once installed, it will start measuring depth and water temperature right away. When fishing, the transducer covers a wide area under the boat, helping you detect fish better. Remember, this transducer is for boats with the right hull type. Avoid using it on boats that don't meet the size and hull requirements. To keep it in good shape, clean the acoustic window (made of urethane) regularly with a soft cloth. Check the connections and hardware periodically to ensure they are tight and not corroded. If you notice any problems, consult the manufacturer or a professional for help.
