Product Detail

The Airmar B175C-0-H-9N is a high - performance transducer. It's a depth and fast - response water - temperature sensor. With high - CHIRP technology from 150 kHz to 210 kHz, it offers 80 kHz of total bandwidth from a single transducer. Ideal for boats 8 m (25’) and above, it covers the popular 200 kHz fishing frequency within its bandwidth. Suitable for fiberglass or wood hulls, the ceramic elements inside are permanently tilted to compensate for hull deadrise, ensuring the sonar beam is aimed straight down for maximum echo returns and no need for a fairing. Flush/tilted, it mounts through a hole in fiberglass, metal or wooden hulls. High - frequency operation (130 - 210 kHz) provides greater detail, making it perfect for shallower water and anglers fishing less than 1500 feet. Specifications include a deadrise of 0° to 7°, urethane acoustic window, 1 kW @ 1% duty cycle power rating, 130 to 210 kHz - A (Broadband) frequency, 10° to 6° beam, and a max depth of 1000ft. The box includes a B175C - 0 - H - MM Transducer and an MMC - 9N Mix and Match Cable.

Using the Airmar B175C - 0 - H - 9N transducer is easy. First, drill a hole in your boat's hull, which can be fiberglass, metal, or wood. Then, mount the transducer through the hole so the outside of the fitting sits flush against the hull surface. Connect the Navico 9 - Pin Mix - N - Match cable to your device. When using, it works best on boats 8 m (25’) and above in shallower waters, especially for fishing less than 1500 feet. Remember, the deadrise of your boat should be between 0° to 7°. For maintenance, keep the acoustic window clean. You can use a soft cloth to wipe it gently. Don't expose it to extreme temperatures or harsh chemicals. If you notice any damage to the cable or the transducer itself, it's best to consult a professional for repair or replacement.
