The ACR ResQFlare is a top - notch high - intensity LED electronic distress flare. It comes with a daytime distress flag and is certified to meet U.S.C.G. requirements, serving as a great alternative to traditional pyrotechnic flares. With 360° visibility over 6 miles, it significantly boosts your chances of survival and rescue. Its efficient design ensures a long operational life.

This flare emits the S - O - S flash in International Morse Code to aid rescue. Running on just two user - replaceable C - Cell Alkaline batteries, it maintains the required 75 cd peak equivalent fixed intensity for over 20 hours.

The included Distress Flag offers multiple daylight signaling options. You can attach it to the mast or hoist it to the highest point.

Using the ResQFlare is easy. First, make sure you have two C - Cell Alkaline batteries (not included) and insert them into the device. Then, manually activate the flare when you need to send a distress signal. In the daytime, you can use the included distress flag. Attach it to the mast or hoist it as high as you can. At night, the ResQFlare will emit a bright 360° light with an S - O - S flash. Keep in mind that this product can expose you to harmful chemicals, so handle it with care.
