Product Detail

The Airmar B75C-12-M-HB is an excellent choice for smaller boats like center consoles. It's a depth and fast - response water - temperature sensor. With a bronze transducer housing, it's suitable for fiberglass or wood hulls up to 8 m (25'). Using exclusive Xducer ID® technology, it CHIRPS from 80 kHz to 130 kHz with a 24° to 16° beamwidth, offering 50 kHz of total bandwidth from one transducer. This covers popular fishing frequencies like 88 and 107 kHz. It can show amazing bottom detail in shallow and medium depths down to 274 m (900'). When installed almost flush to the hull, the 12° tilt of the element corrects for the hull deadrise, ensuring maximum echo returns and more accurate depth readings. The cable length is 9 m (30'), and it has a power rating of 600 W. The box includes the B75C - 12 - M - MM and the MMC - HB Cable.

Using this Airmar transducer is easy. First, make sure your boat's hull is fiberglass or wood and up to 8 m (25') in size. Install the transducer almost flush to the hull. The 12° tilt of the element will correct for the hull deadrise, so just place it right and it'll work well. Once installed, connect the 9 m (30') cable. It'll start giving you depth and water - temperature readings. Remember, this transducer works best with a deadrise range of 8° to 15°. For maintenance, since it has a bronze housing, you can clean it with a mild soap and water solution regularly. Don't use abrasive materials that could scratch the housing. Also, keep it away from extreme temperatures and harsh chemicals. When not in use, store it in a dry place. This way, you can enjoy accurate readings and long - lasting performance from your transducer.
