Quick Guide (pdf)

Using the Blue Sea 5056100 waterproof ST - blade fuse block is easy. First, choose the right location for installation. Make sure it's a place where it won't get damaged easily. Use the mounting holes to secure it with 1/4' (6mm) screws. Then, connect your wires. The input wire size should be between 8 AWG to 4 AWG, and the load wire size should be between 16 AWG to 10 AWG. You can use standard tools for wiring. Insert your ATO or ATC fuses or circuit breakers as needed. If you don't need all 4 loads, use the 3 wire plugs to maintain the waterproof rating. The cover has spare fuse and fastener storage. You can use the wing screws to install the cover without any tools. Just remember, the maximum voltage is 32V DC. When it comes to maintenance, check the fuses regularly to see if they're blown. If they are, replace them with new ones of the same rating. Keep the fuse block clean and dry. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or harsh chemicals. If you have any questions, refer to the instruction manual that comes in the box.
