Using this ANL through panel fuse holder is a breeze. First, make sure the power is off before installing or replacing a fuse. To install, connect your cables to the 10mm cable connection studs. You can use ANL or ANN fuses (very fast acting) and mount them on the 8mm fuse mounting studs (it can also take 10mm fuses). The clear cover has a 'window' that lets you easily see if the fuse is okay or blown. If you need to replace a blown fuse, simply open the cover, take out the old fuse, and put in a new one of the correct amperage (from 35 - 500A). Here are some important things to keep in mind.
