Product Detail

The Airmar B265C-LM Bronze thru Hull Low Medium CHIRP transducer comes with a Furuno 12-Pin Mix-N-Match cable. Model: B265C-LM-12F. It offers depth and fast-response water-temperature sensing. With 1 kW of power, it delivers excellent deep to mid-depth performance. The low frequency range of 42 to 65 kHz has a 25° to 16° beamwidth and can reach a maximum depth of 914 m (3000'). The medium frequency from 85 to 135 kHz has a 16° to 11° beamwidth and a maximum depth of 457 m (1500'). It has a total bandwidth of 73 kHz from one transducer, covering popular fishing frequencies like 50, 88, and 107 kHz. The bronze housing with a high-performance fairing ensures optimal high-speed performance. It features the patented and exclusive Xducer ID® technology and is suitable for fiberglass or wood hulls. This transducer is perfect for mid to deep-depth fishing, providing clear target details, bottom discrimination, and separation of bait and game-fish at all depths. The high-performance fairing improves broadband performance at speeds over 30 knots (34 MPH). Specifications include a 10 m (33') cable length, CHIRP-Ready Dual-Band, low-medium frequency band, bronze housing, and more. What's in the box: B265C-LM-MM Transducer, High Speed fairing Block, High Speed Fairing Block Bolt Kit, MMC-12F Cable.

Using the Airmar B265C-LM transducer is easy. First, make sure your boat has a fiberglass or wood hull as this transducer is designed for these types. Install it as a thru-hull with the provided high-speed fairing block and bolt kit. Connect the MMC-12F cable to your compatible device. When fishing, you can choose between the low and medium frequency bands according to the depth. For deep waters, use the low frequency band (42 - 65 kHz) which can reach up to 914 m (3000'). For identifying targets closer to the bottom or in the water column, switch to the medium frequency band (85 - 135 kHz) with a max depth of 457 m (1500'). Keep in mind that the fairing helps improve performance at high speeds, so it's important to have it properly installed. When not in use, store the transducer in a dry place. Regularly check the cable for any signs of damage. Clean the transducer and fairing with a mild soap and water solution to keep them in good condition. Avoid using abrasive materials that could scratch the bronze housing.
