Using this circuit breaker is easy. First, make sure your power is off. Mount it on your panel using the 3/8 - 27 UNS mounting option. Connect your wires to the #8 screw terminals with a torque of 6 in - lb (0.68 Nm). Once everything is connected, turn the power on. If there's a fault current, the breaker will trip automatically. To reset it, just push the button. Remember, this breaker is ignition - protected, so it's safe for gasoline - powered boats. But be aware that it can expose you to harmful chemicals as mentioned in the warning. Keep it within the operating temperature range of - 10°C to 60°C. If you're using it in a wet environment, consider using the optional waterproof boot. Check the terminals regularly for any signs of wear or looseness.
