Using the Blue Sea 7046 187-Series 120A Thermal Circuit Breaker is quite simple. First, make sure you have the right tools like a standard sized hole saw for installation. Install it in a panel, taking advantage of the round case design for easy fitting. Connect the heavy gauge wire lugs to the terminal studs which have large clearance. The robust 5/16 terminals will provide a high torque connection. When using, you can easily operate it with the single lever. The lever also shows you the trip status. Keep in mind that it's waterproof, so it can be used in damp environments, but avoid extreme wet conditions. As for maintenance, regularly check the terminals for any signs of corrosion or loose connections. Clean the breaker gently if it gets dirty. Also, be aware of the operating temperature range from -25°C to +82°C. Don't expose it to temperatures outside this range. And remember, this product has chemicals that can be harmful as mentioned in the warning, so handle it with care.
