The Blue Sea 7601 DC Mini ACR Automatic Charging Relay is a powerful and compact solution for managing charging current. With a 65 Amp continuous rating, it can handle alternators up to 65 Amps commonly found on most outboards and many inboard engines. Its compact case design allows for both surface and panel mounting. Using this Blue Sea 7601 relay is easy. First, make sure it's properly mounted, either on a surface or a panel. Connect it to your battery banks and the alternator. The relay will sense the charging on the two battery banks automatically. The LED will show you the status of the ACR. When connecting the ground, use the 1/4' x .032' male quick - connect terminal. For the cables, the 5/8' (16 mm) stud length can accept multiple cable terminals. Keep in mind the maximum cable size is 1/0 AWG.
