Product Detail

The 3D - printed tri - rotor wheel and integrated fairlead provide excellent rope grip and toolless rope insertion, so you won't lose parts on the deck. Like all Barton Marine products, it uses only the best materials. The central shaft is made of high - grade 316 stainless steel, and the main chassis and fork are from anodized 6061 aluminum. Specifications: Overall length is 90mm/3 - 9/16', pin - to - pin length is 65mm/2 - 9/16', pin diameter is 6mm/1/4', maximum sail area is 12m sq/130ft sq, break load is 1200kg/2640lbs, working load limit is 600kg/1320oz, drum diameter is 50mm/2', and overall diameter is 68mm/2 - 11/16'. Using this continuous line furler is easy. First, make sure you have a 4mm - 6mm furling line. Insert the rope into the 3D - printed tri - rotor wheel and integrated fairlead without the need for tools. It's designed to grip the rope well, so it should stay in place. When using, keep in mind that the safe working load is 600kg, so don't exceed this limit. As for maintenance, regularly check the bearings. The HBT1 hybrid - bearing technology is high - performance, but a visual inspection can help catch any issues early. Clean the central shaft (made of high - grade 316 stainless steel) and the main chassis and fork (anodized 6061 aluminum) with mild soap and water to keep them in good condition. Also, make sure to check the dimensions regularly to ensure they are within the specified limits like the overall length, pin - to - pin length, etc.
