Ancor 12/2 Safety Duplex Tinned Copper cable comes on a 100' spool (Model: 124310). It features red and yellow Marine Grade primary conductors in a white common jacket. This jacket is easy to remove and offers great abrasion resistance. Exceeding UL 1426 standards, it's made of top - quality ultra - flexible (Type 3/Class K) tinned copper stranding. This resists corrosion, electrolysis, and fatigue from vibration and flexing. The premium vinyl insulation is rated at 600 volts, with 105 deg C dry and 75 deg C wet ratings. It stays flexible in extreme cold (-40 deg F/C) and resists salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline, heat, abrasion, and UV radiation.

How to use: You can use this Ancor 12/2 tinned copper duplex cable for various marine electrical projects. Just cut the cable to the required length from the 100' spool. Make sure to connect the red and yellow conductors according to the ABYC color - coding standards. Note: Don't exceed the 600 - volt rating. When working in wet conditions, keep in mind the 75 - deg C rating. Avoid using it in areas with temperatures higher than the rated limits. Maintenance: Check the cable regularly for any signs of wear, especially in areas prone to abrasion. If the insulation shows any damage, replace the cable. Keep the cable clean and dry when not in use to prevent corrosion.
