Using this first - aid kit is easy. For wounds, first clean the area with the wound irrigation tool, then use the wound closure strips or sterile dressings to cover it. You can apply the triple antibiotic for infection prevention. When dealing with pain, take the appropriate pain reliever. For blisters, use the die - cut moleskin to prevent further irritation. When there's bleeding, press the trauma pad on the wound and use the elastic wraps to hold it in place. For fractures and sprains, use the bandages to immobilize the affected area. When your gear gets damaged, use the safety pins and duct tape for quick fixes. Keep in mind to check the expiration dates of the medications regularly.
