Using your Barton Marine Quick Cleat is easy. First, rotate the lever on top of the cleat. Then, insert your rope into the cleat. After that, release the lever to secure the rope firmly. When you want to loosen the rope, just rotate the lever again. For installation, it's straightforward and you can do it by yourself. When using, make sure the rope diameter doesn't exceed 5/16' (10 mm) and the load doesn't go over 154 lb (70 kg). To keep it in good condition, clean it regularly with a mild soap and water.
