This is a 10' extension cable for Digital Antenna's 500 series VHF and AIS antennas. Model C118-10 features exclusive low loss, tinned braid, foil shielded, UV stable RG-8X marine cable. It comes with factory attached mini-UHF female connectors and a DA624 mini-UHF double male adapter. Easily extend your antenna cable by 10'. Just connect the double mini-UHF male adapter between the antenna's and the extension cable's mini-UHF female connectors. The other end accepts the 500 series antenna’s PL-259 adapter. In the box: a 10' low-loss cable with Mini UHF Females and a DA624 mini-UHF double male adapter.
Using this product is a breeze. First, take the DA624 mini - UHF double male adapter and connect it between the 500 series antenna’s mini - UHF female connector and the 500 series extension cable’s mini - UHF female connector. The other end of the cable can accept the 500 series antenna’s PL - 259 adapter. When using it, make sure the connections are tight to avoid signal loss. Also, keep it away from sharp objects that could damage the cable. For maintenance, wipe the cable and connectors with a dry cloth regularly to prevent dust and dirt buildup.
