The cable is made of tinned copper stranding, offering top-notch protection against corrosion and electrolysis. Its ultra-flexible (Type 3) stranding resists fatigue from vibration and flexing. It stays flexible even in extreme cold (-40 deg C) and can withstand salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline, and UV radiation. The white jacket is easy to remove and provides excellent abrasion resistance. These cables meet and exceed UL 1426 standards.
