Airmar M265C Depth-Only Low-Medium In-Hull Transducer with Navico Dual 7-Pin BL Y-Cable - 1m Mix-and-Match Cable

Model: M265C-LM-BL2
  • Only measures depth
  • 1 kW power for excellent deep to mid-depth performance
  • Low frequency: 42 - 65 kHz
  • Medium frequency: 85 - 135 kHz
  • 73 kHz total bandwidth from a single transducer
  • Covers popular fishing frequencies like 50, 88, and 107 kHz
  • Plastic housing and mounting tank
  • Patented Xducer ID® technology

The M265LM Chirp-ready in-hull transducer is ideal for mid to deep depths. Its wide bandwidth includes many top gamefish frequencies. This 1 kW powerhouse gives clear target details, bottom discrimination, and separates bait from game fish at all depths.

The 42 - 65 kHz low-frequency band offers great deep-water performance down to 914 m (3000'). It's perfect for scouting or deep fishing. The 85 - 135 kHz medium-frequency band is great for spotting targets near the bottom or in the water column.

Install the transducer in the provided tank, cut to your boat's deadrise angle and fixed inside the hull. When placed in the tank, it's correctly oriented for top performance. The M265LM is great for those who don't want to drill holes in their hulls, as well as trailered or lifted boats.

What's in the Box:
  • M265C-LM-MM
  • Navico Dual 7-Pin BL, Y-Cable - 1m Mix-and-Match Cable

Using your Airmar M265C-LM-BL2 transducer is straightforward. First, install the transducer in the provided tank. Make sure to cut the tank to match your boat's deadrise angle and then affix it inside the hull. When you place the transducer in the tank, it'll be properly oriented for the best performance. Connect it to your display using the Navico Dual 7 - Pin BL Y - Cable. As for using it on the water, if you're scouting an area or fishing in deep waters, switch to the low - frequency band (42 - 65 kHz). For identifying targets near the bottom or in the water column, use the medium - frequency band (85 - 135 kHz). Here are some important notes. This transducer is only suitable for boats with solid fiberglass hulls. Also, the maximum deadrise angle it can handle is 30° when the longest side of the tank is installed parallel to the hull's centerline. When it comes to maintenance, keep the plastic housing clean. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the urethane acoustic window. Regularly check the cable for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice any issues, replace the cable promptly to ensure accurate readings.
