Product Detail

Blue Sea Systems 12V DC Gray Waterproof Weather Deck Fuse Panel - 2 Positions

Model: 4302-BSS
This top - notch fuse panel is a must - have for flybridge and open cockpit applications. With a watertight mounting gasket, the panel front meets IP67 rating. It can withstand immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Available in 2, 4, 6, and 8 circuit models, each panel can be installed in four different orientations. It features an independent label backlighting circuit for remote switching and dimming. The integrated ATO/ATC fuse provides circuit protection. Bicolored LEDs on circuit labels help you quickly identify OFF (Red), ON (Green), or Blown (No Color) circuits. If there are no lights anywhere, it probably means no power to the panel.

Using this Blue Sea Systems fuse panel is easy. First, choose the right circuit model (2, 4, 6, or 8 circuits) according to your needs. Then, install the panel in your flybridge or open cockpit. Make sure to use the watertight mounting gasket for proper installation to achieve the IP67 rating. When it comes to wiring, connect it to a 12V DC power source. The maximum amperage per circuit is 15A. Be careful not to exceed the panel's cumulative rating of 30A. The bicolored LEDs on the circuit labels are there to help you monitor the status of each circuit. If you see no lights at all, check if there's power to the panel. For maintenance, keep the panel clean and dry. Since it's made of reinforced polycarbonate, it's durable, but avoid exposing it to sharp objects that could scratch or damage it. If you need to replace a fuse, use an ATO/ATC fuse of the appropriate rating.
