Product Detail

The Airmar P75C-M In-Hull Medium CHIRP transducer with Humminbird 9-Pin Mix-N-Match Cable (Model: P75C-M-HB) is a top - notch choice. It offers depth - only functionality and features a Chirp - ready medium frequency (80 - 130kHz) for excellent offshore and inshore performance. With a 24° to 16° beamwidth and 600W output, it can reach a depth of up to 700' (215 meters). Ideal for trailered or lifted boats, it has a urethane housing filled with liquid. The exclusive Xducer ID® technology adds to its uniqueness. This is a perfect and affordable solution for solid fiberglass hulled boat owners. It works great in both inshore saltwater and lakes, providing amazing target definition. The transducer comes with a plastic housing secured inside the boat hull, filled with eco - friendly anti - freeze. It's adjusted for the right dead rise offset to ensure the beam shoots straight down. The liquid helps transmit through the fiberglass into the water. With no protruding features on the hull exterior, it's perfect for smaller boats up to 25' with solid core fiberglass hulls. Specifications include a weight of 0.45 kg (1.1 lb), hull deadrise of 2° to 20°, and an acoustic window made of urethane. The package includes a P75C-M-MM Transducer and an MMC - HB Cable.

Using your Airmar P75C - M transducer is easy. First, secure the plastic housing inside the hull of your boat. Make sure it's firmly in place. Then, insert the transducer into the housing and adjust it for the proper dead rise offset. This will ensure that the beam shoots straight down and you get accurate depth readings. When you're out on the water, turn on your device connected to the transducer, and it will start providing depth information. As for maintenance, keep the transducer and housing clean. After each use, rinse them with fresh water to remove any salt or debris. Check the liquid inside the housing regularly to make sure it's at the right level. If you notice any damage to the urethane acoustic window or the housing, have it inspected and repaired as soon as possible. Also, be careful when transporting your boat as any rough handling could potentially damage the transducer. With proper use and maintenance, your Airmar P75C - M transducer will serve you well for a long time.
