Product Detail

The Airmar B75C-12-M 12° Tilt Medium CHIRP transducer with Raymarine 11-Pin Mix-N-Match Cable (Model: B75C-12-M-11R) is a great choice for smaller boats up to 8 m (25'). It's a depth and fast-response water-temperature sensor. With medium CHIRP from 80 kHz to 130 kHz and a 24° to 16° beamwidth, it covers popular fishing frequencies. It has a bronze transducer housing and uses exclusive Xducer ID® technology. The low-profile design is perfect for center consoles. It can operate at 80 - 130 kHz, delivering up to 50 kHz of total bandwidth in one installation, showing amazing bottom detail down to 274 m (900'). When installed almost flush to the hull, the 12° tilt corrects for hull deadrise (8° - 15°) for accurate depth readings. The cable length is 9 m (30'), hole size is 70 mm (2-13/16'), and power rating is 600 W. It's not retractable. What's in the box: B75C-12-M-MM and MMC-11RHMCable.

Using this Airmar transducer is quite straightforward. First, find a suitable spot on your boat's hull, preferably almost flush. Make sure the hull is fiberglass or wood and the deadrise angle is between 8° and 15°. Drill a 70 mm (2-13/16') hole for installation. Connect the 9 m (30') cable to your device using the Raymarine 11-Pin cable. Once installed, it will start providing depth and water temperature readings. Remember, it works best on boats up to 8 m (25'). For maintenance, regularly check the transducer housing for any signs of damage, especially if you hit something in the water. Clean the housing gently with a soft cloth to keep it in good condition. Also, make sure the cable is properly secured to avoid any disconnections during your boating trips.
