Quick Guide (pdf)
Using the Blue Sea 2356100 busbar is easy. First, check the wire sizes it can accept. For the input, use wires from 8 AWG to 4 AWG, and for the load, use 16 AWG to 10 AWG wires. If you're using less than 4 wires, put in the included wire plugs to keep it water-resistant. The wing screws on the cover make it simple to install without any tools. Just make sure it meets the ABYC/USCG insulation requirements for your setup. When mounting, use 1/4' (6mm) screws in the mounting holes. Also, you can use the write - on circuit labels to mark your circuits. Keep in mind that the maximum voltage it can handle is 300V AC or 48V DC, and the continuous rating is 100A AC or DC. For maintenance, periodically check the tin - plated copper busses and fuse clips for any signs of wear or corrosion. If you notice any issues, refer to the included instruction manual for further guidance.
