The AIS100 is an affordable, entry-level AIS receiver. It's Digital Yacht's most budget-friendly option for adding AIS functionality to your PC. It has the same high-performance dual-channel receiver as the AIS200 Pro, minus the NMEA 0183 output and multiplexer, yet it doesn't sacrifice performance. In fact, it outperforms other single-channel receivers.

It works with all AIS-compatible PC navigation software, like the latest SmarterTrack, MaxSea, Nobeltec, SeaPro, and RosePoint apps. Connect it to an existing VHF antenna (using a splitter) or a dedicated AIS antenna, and you can receive all AIS targets within 20 miles of your boat.

Using the Digital Yacht AIS100 USB AIS Receiver is easy. First, decide if you'll use an existing VHF antenna with a splitter or a dedicated AIS antenna. Connect the receiver to your PC via the USB interface - it's a simple plug-and-play setup. Then, open your AIS-compatible navigation software on the PC. You'll start receiving AIS targets within 20 miles of your boat right away. When installing, keep in mind that the receiver comes in an IP54 black box, which is pretty easy to set up. But make sure to place it in a dry area as it's not fully waterproof. As for maintenance, there isn't much to do. Just keep it clean and free of dust.
