Using this 65A PVC-coated continuous duty solenoid is straightforward. First, connect it to a low amperage on - off switch. Then, it can remotely handle high amperage loads. When installing, use the bracket mounting holes sized 5/16” x 19/32” with 2 - 13/64” on centers. Make sure to connect the copper signal terminals with #10 - 32 threads and the copper contact terminals with 5/16” - 24 threads correctly. Since it has a PVC - coated steel case, it's protected, but still avoid exposing it to extreme conditions. Remember, this product has a continuous rating of 65A at 12V DC and an intermittent rating of 100A for 10 seconds. Don't exceed these ratings to prevent damage.
